Stowelink participated in the African biggest sustainability innovation challenge dubbed mylittle big thing competition. The competition aims at identifying youth in the universities who are aiming towards solving the sustainable development goals in innovative and sustainable ways.
At Stowelink we submitted our solution on how we solve sustainable development goals number 3 oh health for all and number 1 on poverty. we are focused on solving these sustainable development goals in innovative and sustainable ways. The competition saw more than 3000 submissions all over the country.the submissions were then sieved to 16 of the best ideas and solutions to solving the sustainable development goals and one of them happened to be us.
RECIEVING CERTIFICATE AT PKF
As part of being the best top 18 we were trained by PKF on social entrepreneurship in Kenya .latter on we got to pitch our ideas to a panel of judges from the cooperate world and after a rigorous pitching competition we managed to get to the top 6.finalists for the competition. At this stage the public would then decide who gets into the top 3 who were the ultimate winners of the competition and who ultimately win a scholarship to South Africa to Study in Cambridge University
STOWELINK AT 7 VOTES ON DAY 1
At this point we went on a vote seeking escapade and after serious contributions and constant Voting from all our friends, associates and the public we made it to the top 3 finalists and winning the scholarship to South Africa to Study from Cambridge Institute Of Sustainability Leadership.
