Kreative hub in partnership with Stowelink, PJ arts and other partners managed to pull an event of a kind. The event involved the disruptive use of art for charity. The event championed by Elvila, a young leader, Tyson and joe the poet among other passionate leaders saw youths from all over Nairobi gather to use art to collect funds for a charity event at Ebenezer children’s home. This falls directly under Stowelink’s Make A Change Movement programme whose main aim is touching lives and societies and instilling hope.
The event saw a wide array of poets, Mcs and Dj performing. The performances were literally on fire with acts from Joe Mistari, Mwas The Poet, Ansay,Ranx, Mc Tyson, Dm Poetry, Shuqs, Spinkid, The Poetic Pen, Anny poet among others making a truly world class performances. The most visually and lyrically impressing performance of the night was made from Lexas Mshairi who used visual arts performances and ques to bring out a truly fascinating peace.
The main guest of the day Stowelink CEO encouraged the participants to never get tired in making a change in someone’s life no matter how little the effort is like. Its with these words that the event organizers would then collect funds from the audience in order to support this noble movement happening on 2nd march 2019. See you then.
