Week 3 was one of our biggest weeks ever. The tam set to do a massive screening at Githurai 44. During this week Stowelink conducted several pre visits at various churches in Githurai to enable us mobilize audiences for the mass screening that was set to happen on Sunday. The struggle was real with some churches pushing us out and some bringing us on board and embracing the whole idea.
In Githurai 44 youth center we made initial visits which led to the center cooperating with us to conduct this major event. During the big day Stowelink set up very early in the morning so that by 8 we had actively began the screening exercise. The day was long it was challenging but by the end of the day we ad already screened 484 people!
This was by far our biggest medical ever!
