Stowelink over the past few weeks has been holding knowledge exchange sessions on various thematic areas including monitoring and evaluation and on financial literacy. These efforts are very critical in ensuring that the teams we manage and the teams that manage other teams ensure maximum productivity in their work places.
At Stowelink we strongly believe in strong sustainable frameworks for operations and development especially for community led organizations and these webinars have been a great step in making this possible. So far we have hosted Ms. Loise Muiruri and Mr Danor Ajwang who are experts in financial literacy and monitoring and evaluation respectively.
We recognize that this knowledge is critical and to our teams we intend to keep them posted and updated with global best practices in a bid to constantly improve operations and engagements.
