NCDS Youth Champions is a nationwide project in Kenya running across universities, colleges and Community Based Organizations. The project aims at working together with the youth to create independent series of events which educate the communities on non-communicable diseases.

This week, week 7 of the challenge we visited multimedia university on an invitation to join a joint campaign on non-communicable diseases education under a very interesting topic, youth leadership in projects surrounding non communicable diseases. we educated and shared experiences on how to develop simple projects on non-communicable diseases and how to communicate messages on NCDS and on especially the risk factors. We talked also about drugs and NCDS and handed over the drug free youth book to this audience.

It was inspirational talking to this audience and the movement is on!
