Our Views, Our Voices is an initiative that seeks to meaningfully involve people living with NCDs in the NCD response, supporting and enabling individuals to share their views to take action and drive change.
Our Views, Our Voices seeks to put people first in the NCD response. The initiative aspires to break down stigma and discrimination, equipping people living with NCDs with the skills, knowledge and opportunities to be leaders and active players in the response to these diseases and in growing the NCD movement.
On the 23rd and 24th of January Stowelink joined the 20 other delegates who were selected from across the country to participate in this training. the training really prepared us for the work that is to come in the rest of 2020 and we are hoping that we will have more impact and better communication courtesy of this training. the training was organized by Our Views Our Voices in collaboration with the NCD Alliance of Kenya.
