NCDs 365 app is a mobile platform that aims at educating communities on non-communicable diseases whilst connecting them to relevant events, updates and most importantly service providers and patient support groups working in the NCDs space. With the platform we are currently working with community health workers who use the app as part of their essential toolkits for NCDs education and referrals.

we have now listed 21 organizations working in the NCDs space on the NCDs 365 app. With this listing, these organizations will have an improved visibility especially to communities outside of the capital Nairobi and extend their reach and perhaps their services to rural communities who desperately need to know about, and access services from these patient support groups, patient led networks and NCDs advocacy groups.

We are continuously listing organizations for free with the aim of improving visibility and as a result accessibility services, networks, and tools to improving the lives of the NCDs community across the country and the continent.
