STOWELINK BAGS A WIN AND A 1ST RUNNER UP AT THE KENYAN QUALITY HEALTH CARE AWARDS 7-4-2021

Health services require quality as a foundation. For this reason, the Quality Healthcare Kenyan awards (QHKA) seeks to honor excellence and innovation in the health sector for quality patient-centered care.

The Quality Health Care Awards which was hosted in the 7th April 20201 was a virtual event which saw all major players in the Kenyan health care system attend to appreciate and recognize individual and organizations working to improve health care across the country. Stowelink on the award day bagged two awards on the day, a win and first runners up. The awards were:

  1. WINNER – STUDENT INNOVATION PROJECT OF THE YEAR – The Drug Free Youth Project – Mr Ogweno Stephen
  2. FIRST RUNNERS UP – BEST USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA FOR HEALTH CARE – The Drug Free Youth Project and Mental Health Matters Projects.
